The building aims to be one of the first WELL Certified commercial premises in the UK. Targeting BREAM Outstanding and EPC A.
The development consists of 35,000 sq ft of office space across 6 floors, and also includes retail space, a restaurant and gallery.
Bespoke features include a double-height reception space with terrazzo artwork, bespoke patented bronze entry gates and corner stone artwork, designed by artist Jacqueline Poncelet.
