Previously home to The Guardian newspaper these offices form part of a £40.8m commercial development, called ‘The Ray’ which will provide 100,000 square feet of office and retail space over nine storeys. Features include landscaped terraces to improve the visual landscape of the area.

W.B. Simpson and Sons installed beautiful porcelain tiles with each level having a separate colour. The design is modern and bold and has great visual appeal. The use of brick slips to frame lifts and adorn lobby walls provides a great look using size and texture. Bright and light open office areas with tiles that give a wooden floor look.
