W.B. Simpson & Sons were appointed by the main contractor John Sisk & Son Ltd to deliver the tiling package for the Solar development in Wembley Park for Quintain.
The Solar development provides 487 new homes and completed in August 2025.
Our scope of work encompassed high-spec installations across key communal and functional areas:
• Premium 1200 x 600mm porcelain floor tiling in the main reception area
• Large-format 900 x 900mm porcelain finishes with a bespoke hand cut feature circle within the floor finish in the Social Lounge
• Precision tiling using 100 x 100mm porcelain tiles in the 4 staircases and corridors. All 4 staircases were of different colours; Block A in Cream, Block B in Green, Block C in Blue and Block D in Brown
• Full wall and floor tiling across new WC facilities using 100 x 300mm ceramic tiles and 100 x 100mm porcelain tiles
