St Pancras Campus is a mixed-use development nestled between King’s Cross and Camden Town. It consists of three separate buildings, which include offices, retail spaces, and residential apartments, with a public park set in between.
W.B. Simpson & Sons supplied and installed a range of products including pre-cast terrazzo, porcelain/ceramic tiles, handmade tiles and carved wash troughs.
The highlights of the project include the feature basketweave-patterned flooring, made up of three different colours of pre-cast terrazzo, along with the solid carved terrazzo wash troughs. The handmade tiles on the reception walls also provide a striking addition to the space.
Other elements of works included apartments finished with a mix of terrazzo and ceramic materials. WBS also supplied and installed a full waterproofing package to the residential bathrooms using Schluter Systems, as approved installers of their projects.
