W.B. Simpson and Sons were subcontracted by McLaren to replace the floors throughout the building in this £11 million renovation project by owners British Land.
We removed existing terrazzo and replaced this with beautiful porcelain ceramic tiles supplied by Strata tiles. Working overnight and cleaning and prepping floors for the opening of the shopping centre every morning ensured that the centre did not have to close and was safe for shoppers to continue to use throughout the project.
On completion of the job, McLaren site manager expressed praise for all the hard work going in to this project on behalf of themselves and the client:
“British Land were absolutely delighted with the Project we all delivered together…Thank you to each and every one of you, the team work between everyone was second to none.”
