Restoration project to commemorate the Academy’s 250th Anniversary. Terrazzo in the brand new lecture theatre. Beautiful French Red tiles in hallways and new floors for galleries, stairs and bathrooms. Completed in early 2018 and officially opened by the Queen in March.

A very large installation of a insitu Terrazzo floor that took some careful setting out for the radial feature required by the client. The panels were divided up with Aluminium strips and 3 different colours of insitu was laid. One requirement of the client was to leave an acid etched finish to achieve a non-slip surface.
